Heartfulness Meditation Center, Gurugram

Spread across 6.5 acres at the border of Gurgaon and Delhi, the Gurugram Meditation Centre is surrounded by serene green fields and a tranquil atmosphere. Since its inauguration in 2002, it has become one of the most significant ashrams for Heartfulness practitioners in the Delhi NCR region. The center’s 10,000 sq ft meditation hall can host up to 2,500 abhyasis for group meditations, programs, and community gatherings. This sacred space, recently graced by the visit of our beloved Daaji, continues to be a place where seekers come to deepen their practice, find inner stillness, and connect with the wider Heartfulness community.

How your support helps—small gifts, big impact

The Gurugram Meditation Hall, a spiritual home for thousands in the Delhi NCR region, is ready for a beautiful transformation. While its current tin roof brings challenges of heat, cold, and echoes, these are now opportunities to create an even more serene and inspiring space. Planned upgrades, including a false ceiling with acoustic tiles and improved audio-visual systems, will enhance comfort, tranquility, and focus for everyone who comes to meditate and learn. By contributing, you join the Heartfulness community in nurturing this sacred space and helping it shine in its true purpose. Every offering, no matter the size, helps transform the hall into a haven of silence and inner stillness, ensuring that seekers today and for generations to come can experience meditation in its purest form.
